Select Portfolio Servicing - Returned payment
I have been paying SPS for months now and I got a call fro my bank that they retuned my payment by check. I called and they said they never received my payment.
I told them I have proof you returned a check in the amount of the payment I sent. I was told I needed to make my payment by the 16th if I had funds in my account. I told them I have the funds you just returned to me. They have absolutely no clue about anything.
I spoke to 3 different people before I got the issue resolved and they accepted payment.
They had no idea that they had returned the money vim a little Leary of this company but what do you do? Chase sold them our loan and it's been a pain in you know what!!!!
