My husband and I brought his house out of forclosure last year after he found out his ex-wife had not made 18 house payments on the house we now live in, SPS was the mortgage company that took over the house after the forclosure started.

We took over the payments and had set up to pay almost double the house payment to get caught up, and then within a year re-finance once the house-payments were caught up.

Once they were, SPS has since added money to what was owed, out of nowhere and will not explain where it is coming from.

Today we recieved a letter in the mail from the county saying that our house was up for sherriffs auction in less than ten days. Our mortgage has been bought buy another company and we were never imformed of it. When asked about it, they simply said "We can't discuss that with you." What kind of crap is that? Its OUR mortgage and OUR house, and you can't discuss that with us?

We got ahold of an attorney and are now filing a suet against SPS.

If they would have worked with us, they would have gotten all of the money for the house, I guess now they will be buying our house for us.

Im from Ca and I got my Modification from a place called Authority Lending if you want to save your home call her Noel Hill 909- 728-9844 she help me with Select . Tell anyone that you know that want to save their home.

WE ALSO HAVE SPS. WE ARE IN A FORBEARANCE NOW, BUT WE NEED TO GET A LENDER AND NOBODY WILL TAKE US, SO FAR. THEY SAY WE WILL HOLD OF THE FORECLOSURE FOR NOW IF YOU SIGN THE FORBEARANCE, WE HAD NO CHOICE SO WE CAN STAY IN OUR HOME. WITHI 3 DAYS WE REC. FORECLOSURE PAPERS IN THE MAIL. WHAT CROOKS!! LOOK ON THE SIGHT RIPOFF REPORT, YOU WILL SEE LOT OF ANGRY PEOPLE, ALSO THE BBB. WE ALL HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER & FIGHT..
