Took over my mortgage on 5/1 Took over 30days before they set up my account. Spoke to them repeatedly trying to pay.

Representative assured it would not affect credit. On 6/16 I was finally able to pay and paid full amount due through their online portal. They now attest that was not the full amount and it wasn't there responsibility to report it correctly in their portal that I should've known it was wrong and paid more than what the portal said was due. (that is exactly what their customer service rep told me) she was rude and aggressive, saying things like "are you going to let me finish" etc.

i asked for a manager and sat on hold for almost 40minutes before reaching one. She basically said the same thing and there was no way to dispute it and they wouldn't make corrections with credit report even though they charged me incorrect amount.

False info, no record of payments available, no delinquency notice sent, didn't have two of our calls recorded in their system, no resolution. Very Very unhappy.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: full resolution and credit report cleared.
