My husband and I have been fighting for moneys $ 16,500 due to a insurance claim for damages to our interior of our home. They have hung up on my Husband they have had the check since April 2015 and I cant pay to have the work done.

I have had 3 strokes and my Husband 3 heart attacks. They are taking advantage of the Elderly and Disabled.They have lied to us since December saying we are sending your check you will have it in a week no check has ever come. Then they say we need this paperwork we fax it, we follow up no they don't have it fax it again. Now we have all the transmission reports that the fax went through.

It took over 2 years battaling with the insurance company. I am not well and can't live like this nor can my Husband. there are 497, 059 complaints filed with consumer affairs. this is not right we fought with an Attorney for this he was paid.

S.P.S. All Air to do the work and they would get a check in two weeks. It has now bend over five months and still no check. The work was completed Dec.

15, 2015. In March S.P.S. said they would send me a check for the work done.

No check was sent.

Reason of review: lies to customers.

Monetary Loss: $16500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

we have 3 different notes one for 15 term 2 same as 15 but for

more money, 3rd 20 yrs for 3 times the amount what should we do?
