New ReviewerI have had them service my note for 11 years, they have been doing this to me all along. They are trying to get you to fall behind, encourage you to not make a payment so that they can charge fees and convince you into a loan modification.
This is the only way they can gain access to your home as they will now have financial interests. As it stands they are just a servicing company and have no right to your home!! If they attempt to foreclose Sue them, they do not have legal authority as they do not own your note .
There are many websites snd on line information that will show that they along with other institutions have been sued for fraud and by multiple counties. fFght do not let them kick you out of your home I'm dealing with the same issues we must do somthing tyo protect ourselves, I can be reached ufccv@***.net

SPS just bought my mortgage and in 9 days takes ownership, I haven't heard from them yet. The seller bank suggested I contact them maybe they have the wrong address.
The mortgage is on my current residence.
I have never seen so many complaints and NO ACTION. What a wonderful government we have...
